Emergency Paid Sick Leave Policy
The CCSD's Emergency Paid Sick Leave Policy expired on September 30, 2021. There is no ongoing obligation for the district to continue emergency paid sick leave after September 30, 2021, unless the employee was approved for EPSL for one of the qualifying reasons outlined in the policy and was using their 80 hours as of 9/30/2021, then the use of 80 hours will be continued until it's exhausted.
