Water Plans, Programs & Studies
The CCSD is required to plan for catastrophic events such as extreme droughts, source water contamination, power outages, and infrastructure failure such as burst pipes, sanitary sewer overflows, and other emergency situations. In addition, the District prioritizes plans and programs related to water supply reliability, water conservation and efficiency, and demand management. These plans and programs are detailed below.
