Pay Your Bill
In May 2024, we launched a brand-new Utility Billing Customer Portal designed to make managing your utility account online more convenient and efficient. Effective June 1, 2024, the CCSD is no longer accepting electronic payments from ACI Payments.
Here’s what you can expect from the portal:
- Easy Online Payments: Pay your water and sewer bill quickly and securely from the comfort of your home.
- Account Management: You can easily view your billing history, track your usage, and update your account information.
- Paperless Billing: Sign up for paperless billing and help us in our efforts to go green.
- Notifications and Reminders: Set up alerts for due dates, payment confirmations, and other important notifications.
- User-Friendly Interface: Our portal is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring a seamless experience.
Getting Started is Simple:
- Visit our Utility Billing Customer Portal.
- Register Your Account: Follow the registration instructions to set up your new portal account.
- Explore Features: Once registered, you can explore all the new features that are available to you.
It’s important to remember that signing up to use the new utility billing customer portal is free. However, customers who wish to make credit or debit card payments on the portal will be charged a flat 3.70% fee. Residents already enrolled in our Autopay Program (Direct Debit) via their bank account do not need to re-enroll on this site. They will still have all the other great benefits of creating a utility billing customer portal, and their Autopay will continue to be automatically drafted on the due date.
We believe this portal will significantly enhance your experience and provide you with the tools you need to manage your utility billing services efficiently. Should you have any questions or need assistance with the portal, our customer service team is here to help. You can reach us at (805) 927-6223 or submit an inquiry in the sidebar.

There are some basic requirements to use Text Message Payments. You can enroll from IVR, and you have to store your credit card credentials. Upon enrollment, the user will receive a verification text to verify they enrolled.
Once a new bill is posted, the user will receive a text message with the corresponding details. The user would respond "Pay," and the payment would process with a confirmation number.
The IVR Number is (833) 792-9627.
By enrolling in Auto Pay, you understand that your account will automatically be drafted on the due date (the 10th of every other even month). If you schedule your payment after the date that payment is due, you may incur a late penalty, which, if left unpaid, can result in disconnection of service. CCSD Utility Service BillWe encourage all Cambria utility billing customers to take a moment to familiarize themselves with their utility bills. Understanding the layout of your bill will help ensure accuracy, identify key details, and clarify any questions you may have. To assist with this, we’ve provided an example of a typical utility bill below.
Billing Cycle
The CCSD bills bimonthly. Consumption charges are based on the amount of water delivered through your meter. Water and wastewater usage charges are computed by unit. One unit is equal to approximately 748 gallons.
Customer Testimonials
I'm glad we took the initiative to stop by the Vet's Hall for assistance in registering for the Utility Billing Customer Portal. This took only about 10 minutes, and the portal now provides us with a wealth of current and historical information about our account. The registration process was very easy and straightforward. It's great to now have all of our account information at our fingertips. Thank you, CCSD, for providing this valuable tool!Guy & Susan Newman
I've been exploring the new CCSD Utility Billing portal, and find the options and features useful and easy to navigate. The option to go "paperless" is great - mailing costs and materials reduction are positive benefits. Online, direct debit, and traditional payment methods offer customers ways to pay that meets their preferences. Transaction fees for one-time payments are high, though the cost is lower than a late charge. Thanks for the continued efforts to make communications and transactions easier for the range of CCSD customers that you service.Michael Calderwood
