Ordinance 02-2023 Repealing Chapter 7.08 of the CCSD Municipal Code & Dissolving the PROS Commission
On August 10, 2023, the Board of Directors adopted Ordinance 02-2023 repealing Cambria Community Services District Municipal Code Chapter 7.08 which will dissolve the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Commission, and adopted Resolution 44-2023 amending the Board and Standing Committee Bylaws to create the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Committee and repeal the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Commission Bylaws/Guidelines.
A certified copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance is posted in the office of the Confidential Administrative Assistant and also posted below. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage.
Cambria Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
