For all regular employees working full-time, the District will pay 85% of the premiums for employee and dependent coverage for the lowest cost dental plan. In the event the employees elect a higher cost coverage, the employees shall pay the increased cost for that plan. The District and employees shall each pay 50% of any increase in dental benefit premiums.
