This is a reminder that all CCSD employees with CCSD-sponsored health or vision insurance must complete and return the Salary Redirection Agreement form to make your “pre-tax” election for any health or dental-vision coverage during 2025.

If you do not have CCSD-sponsored health or vision insurance, no form is required.
